Thank heavens it's September!

I don't think I have EVER said that before in my life, and I hope that I never do again. So much for the month of "freedom" - August - a month that I have spent mainly in my nest or on my knee-scooter.

Today I turned the page of the calendar, looking for what lies  in store according to the Weather Calendar  .... it looks as if active weather systems are in the way, and I certainly hope I will mirror such activity.









The outing of the day was to Home Depot.  Jack replaced the sander he wore out working on the front door while I perused paint chips - and fended off comments such as, "Have you been downhill yet?"

What has happened to my hair?

Back home, I was quite pleased with the result of my purchase -

(no, I din't buy it in Home Depot!)
